These terms apply when you use raciservices.co.uk (the "website") and buy products from Raci Services ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Your Rights as a Consumer

If you are buying as a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

3. Using Our Website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its security, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. All text, images and branding on this website belong to Raci Services or our licensors.

4. Products and Descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product sizes and specifications are approximate unless stated otherwise. Please check compatibility details before ordering, or contact us for advice.

5. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If we find a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Placing an Order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we cannot verify payment. If we do, we will refund you in full.

7. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. See our Payment Policy for details.

8. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery is 6–8 business days, and delivery is free on orders over £50. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

9. Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your order and return unused items within 30 days of delivery. See our Return and Refund Policy for how to return items and who pays return postage.

10. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem.

11. Safe Use and Installation

Please follow the instructions supplied with each product. Some tasks on air conditioning systems, including work involving refrigerant, electrical connections or mounting outdoor units, must be done by a suitably qualified person. Always isolate the power before cleaning or maintaining a unit.

12. Our Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. Our liability to business customers is limited to the price paid for the product.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption or strikes. We will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel for a refund if the delay is significant.

14. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. You may bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland, or, if you live elsewhere in the UK, in the courts of England and Wales or Scotland.
