About Raci Services
Raci Services is an air conditioning contractor based at Kilwarlin Cres in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Our work focuses on practical jobs on split systems and heat pumps in homes and small businesses in and around the city.
From air conditioning work to selling accessories
Working on air conditioning systems every day means seeing how tools and fittings perform on real installations. On almost every visit, customers ask the same questions. How do I keep the outdoor unit clean? What can I do about bent fins? Is there a tidier way to run the pipes down the wall? Can I control the system from my phone?
That led us to open a shop. Our online store is operated directly by Raci Services, and we also run a storefront at Kilwarlin Cres alongside it. The store is an extension of the same business and experience behind our air conditioning work.
What we sell
We keep our range focused on products we use ourselves or recommend after a job:
- AC Care & Cleaning Tools: fin combs, coil brushes, drain trap brushes and condensate hose for routine upkeep between services.
- Installation & Outdoor Unit Accessories: wall brackets, rubber support feet, pipe trunking, wrapping tape and pipe insulation.
- Smart Control & Room Monitoring: Wi-Fi AC controllers, thermometers, hygrometers, CO2 monitors and smart plugs.
- Fans & Air Circulation: circulators and desk, tower, pedestal and wall fans for spreading cooled air or cooling rooms without AC.
We aim to give straightforward product information so you know what you’re buying before you order.
One business, two parts
Raci Services runs both our air conditioning work and our online shop. Our contracting work gives us hands-on experience with the products we sell, and the shop makes a selection of them available to customers across the UK. Online orders, customer service and returns are handled by Raci Services.
How we work
- Practical choices: we pick products for what they do on a real installation, not for a long feature list.
- Honest advice: if a product won’t suit your unit, we’ll tell you before you buy.
- Clear terms: orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered across the UK in 6–8 business days. Delivery is free over £50, and you have 30 days to return unused items, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
- Real people: a Belfast address, a phone number we answer, and an inbox we check every business day.
A note on safety
Some jobs on an air conditioning system need a qualified engineer, including anything involving refrigerant, electrical connections or mounting a heavy outdoor unit. Our accessories are designed for upkeep and finishing work. For anything beyond that, please use a qualified installer.
