This policy explains how you can pay for orders at raciservices.co.uk and how we keep your payment secure.
Accepted Payment Methods

Credit and debit cards: major cards including Visa and Mastercard. The cards accepted are shown at checkout.

Shop Pay: Shopify's express checkout, which saves your details for faster payment.
We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques or bank transfers for online orders.
Currency and Pricing

All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP).

When You Are Charged
Your payment is taken when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as payment is approved.
Payment Security
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. Card details are encrypted and handled by PCI DSS-compliant payment providers. Raci Services never sees or stores your full card number.
Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, contact your card issuer. We cannot see the reason a bank declines a payment.
Order Verification
To protect against fraud, we may occasionally contact you to verify an order before dispatch. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and refund your payment in full.
Pricing Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch. You can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Refunds
Refunds are paid to the original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy for timescales.
