Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. We do not ship internationally.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and spend 5–6 business days in transit, so most arrive within 6–8 business days.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on orders over £50. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Which carriers do you use?
Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx, depending on the size of your order and your address.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link when your order is dispatched.

Returns and Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging. Email info@raciservices.co.uk to start a return.
Who pays for return postage?
We pay if the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered. For other returns, the customer pays return postage.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return, paid to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards and Shop Pay.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Payments go through Shopify's encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.
Products
Will this product fit my air conditioning unit?
Each product page lists compatibility details. If you are unsure, email us your unit's make and model and we will check for you.
Can I clean my air conditioner myself?
You can do light upkeep, such as brushing dust from coils and grilles, straightening bent fins and clearing the condensate drain. Always switch off and isolate the unit first. Anything involving refrigerant or electrical parts needs a qualified engineer.
How often should I check my outdoor unit?
A quick look every few months is sensible. Clear leaves and debris from around the unit and check that the fins are not blocked.
Will a smart controller work with my system?
Most Wi-Fi AC controllers work with units that use an infrared remote. Check the compatibility notes on the product page before ordering.
Can I install a wall bracket myself?
Outdoor units are heavy and must be fixed securely to sound masonry. We recommend a qualified installer for any bracket or outdoor unit mounting.
Do fans help when I already have air conditioning?
Yes. A fan can move cooled air into corners and nearby rooms, which may let you run the AC at a slightly higher setting.
