Shipping policy

This policy explains how and when Raci Services delivers your order. It applies to all orders placed at raciservices.co.uk.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not ship outside the UK at this time.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday begin processing on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates from the date your order is placed and may be longer in busy periods or for remote and island addresses.

Delivery Costs

  • Orders over £50: free standard UK delivery.

  • Orders under £50: a delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight, and is shown before you pay.

Carriers

We ship with Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Split Shipments

If your order contains several items, they may arrive in separate parcels. You will not be charged extra for this.

Address Accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address before dispatch, but cannot change it once the parcel is with the carrier.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within 8 business days, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.

  • If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give a full refund.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email photos to info@raciservices.co.uk within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
